Elisa Espiritu joined the Innocence Network Support Unit as the Organizational Development Specialist in April 2017. In her role, she provides technical assistance and delivers capacity building training's to members of the Network on issues related to organizational governance and structure, strategic planning, and more. Prior to joining the NSU, Elisa's career in the non-profit industry spanned numerous fields, including higher education, community-based planning, and leadership development. Elisa holds a B.A. in English from Bryn Mawr College, and a M.A. in Educational Leadership, Politics, and Advocacy from NYU Steinhardt.
